Sam is the reason we are the proud owner's of a 2005 Heritage Softtail Custom......he went above and beyond to find a bike that was right for us and truly was a pleasure to work with. It was fun meeting all the sales staff at the dealership as well. The only complaint we had was that, when the bike was delivered, it had obviously not been cleaned well (let alone detailed as promised). There was spray residue all over the fenders and chrome, smudges, and the saddle bags had not been treated at all. So we had to clean it up ourselves...but it looked fabulous when we were done! I would recommend Sam and Brooke and Hannum's to all our biker friends in a heartbeat! <3 to all of you!!

Just purchased a Triumph Storm and couldn't be happier with the bike and the service that came with it. I visit the sales/service department for my car when I 'have to'; I sometimes visit Hannum's just because 'I want to'! From the moment I arrive on the lot, everyone (sales, service, parts, etc.)associated with the dealership is friendly, cheerful and helpful. You're always met with a greeting and you're made to feel welcome whether it's a visit to purchase or simply a visit to say hello. Keep up the great work!
